In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Occasionally we offer 10% off on some candle batches due to vanillin discolouring during the curing process. These candles will be clearly marked under our SALES page. Each discoloured candle varies in severity and we do not offer refunds for change of mind due to discolouration. We ask that you please consider this before purchasing a sale candle.
