SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the case of extreme heat, we delay sending orders on a Thursday or Friday to avoid damages to your candles. Should this be the case, we will contact you to let you know of the delay and expected delivery.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFO
LUA offers standard shipping (2 - 8 business days) Australia-wide with Australia Post at the following flat rates:
1 - 2 candles: $12.70 + $3.50 handling fee*
3 - 4 candles: $15.95 + $3.50 handling fee*
5 - 8 candles: $31.90 + $3.50 handling fee*

LOCAL DELIVERY
LUA offers free local delivery to postcodes 4035, 4037, 4017, 4500, 4503, 4521 & QUT Kelvin Grove & Gardens Point Campuses
Delivery days and times are negotiated once you’ve made your purchase. Please leave your best contact number or email so we can contact you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
LUA does not currently offer international shipping.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@luacandles.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
SHIPPING TO P.O BOXES
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time. We hope to change this in future.
